Foundations in High-Acuity Care
Sarah built her foundation as a Registered Nurse in high-acuity hospital settings, including the ICU, Pediatric ICU, and Interventional Radiology. Those years shaped her clinical judgment, resilience, and deep respect for the complexity of patient care.
A Life-Altering Moment
Sarah experienced the profound loss of her oldest daughter—a life-altering moment that redefined her purpose, perspective, and priorities. Out of grief came clarity: care needed to be more human, more intentional, and more complete.
A New Path Forward
She returned to school to become a Nurse Practitioner, determined to take what she learned in the hospital and transform it into a different kind of practice—one without rushed appointments, one rooted in listening, education, and whole-person support.

About Sarah, FNP-C
Board Certified, Aesthetic Specialist, 20+ Years Experience
Sarah Sanchez, APRN, MSN, FNP-C is the founder and lead practitioner of NP Empowered Wellness. Born and raised in California, Sarah is proud to live and practice in the community she calls home. She has built a comprehensive, evidence-based practice focused on holistic, regenerative, and longevity-driven care.
With over two decades of nursing experience, Sarah is known for her personalized approach—combining medical aesthetics, metabolic health, and wellness optimization to help patients look, feel, and function at their best.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah has been married for over 13 years and is a dedicated mother of five. She prioritizes the same lifestyle principles she recommends to her patients, including regular strength training, movement, and recovery, and often recharges in her Sunlighten sauna—believing that sustainable health starts with consistency, not extremes.

Known for her warm, attentive approach, Esti creates a welcoming experience where every guest feels seen and cared for. Outside the treatment room, she enjoys makeup application, spending time outdoors on hikes, and exploring new trails with her dog, Chi-Chi—bringing the same balance of artistry and care into everything she does.
